Cancellation & Refund Policy – Carbonado Detailing

At Carbonado Detailing, we value your time and ours. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps us maintain efficient scheduling.


1. Appointment Deposits

All bookings require a $25% deposit to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be applied to your final bill.


2. Cancellations

48 hours or more before appointment: No cancellation fee (deposit retained).

Within 48 hours of appointment: Fee equal to 50% of the total service price will be charged.

No-shows: Fee equal to 100% of the total service price will be charged.

Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late and rescheduling is required, a fee equal to 20% of the total service price will be charged.


3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and fees will apply.


4. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to complete your service due to our fault.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction after the service is completed unless the issue falls under our Warranty Policy.

Prepaid packages or gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.


5. Weather Policy

If services are impacted by severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.
