At Carbonado Detailing, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy explains what is and is not covered after your detailing service.

1. Coverage

We guarantee that all detailing services will be performed to the highest professional standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue.

2. What’s Covered

Corrections to any area missed or not cleaned as agreed upon in the service description

Issues caused directly by our work (e.g., product residue, missed spots, streaking)

Protection product application concerns (e.g., wax, sealant, or ceramic coating not applied evenly)

3. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear after the service

Dirt, dust, spills, or new damage that occurs after your appointment

Stains or damage that could not be fully removed despite our best efforts

Damage to pre-existing issues (scratches, dents, rust, paint defects) that worsen during normal cleaning

Water spots, swirl marks, or etching caused by environmental exposure after service

4. Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Warranty

If you purchase ceramic coating or paint protection services, coverage will follow the manufacturer’s product warranty terms. Proper aftercare is required for warranty validity. Failure to follow our maintenance recommendations may void coverage.

5. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

6. Liability Limitation
