At Carbonado Detailing, we are committed to providing the highest quality of car detailing services to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and a pleasant experience for everyone, please review our appointment policies:

Booking Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at 506-871-7444, or via email at info@carbonado.ca.

  • A deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can send appointment confirmations and reminders.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a deposit refund.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time. However, if your delay exceeds 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Refunds and Deposits

  • Deposits for missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit will either be refunded or applied as a credit toward future services.

Additional Notes

  • Please ensure your vehicle is ready for detailing (e.g., removing personal belongings) to ensure we can perform our services efficiently.
