At Carbonado Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional detailing services regardless of conditions. However, certain services may be weather-dependent, such as our mobile detailing or any outdoor work. To ensure the best quality of service, we have the following policy in place for inclement weather:
Inclement Weather Conditions

If weather conditions such as rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or storms make it unsafe or impossible to perform the detailing service, we may need to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Weather-related cancellations will be made at no fault of the customer and will not incur any charges or penalties.
Rescheduling Due to Weather

If your appointment is canceled due to bad weather, we will reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.

You will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss available options and confirm the new appointment.
Communication

We will monitor the weather forecast leading up to your appointment. If bad weather is predicted, we will reach out to discuss possible changes ahead of time.

If weather conditions worsen unexpectedly on the day of service, we will notify you immediately to reschedule.
Customer Responsibility

If you prefer not to reschedule due to weather, you are welcome to cancel your appointment, but standard cancellation policies will apply.
