Weather Policy

At Carbonado Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional detailing services regardless of conditions. However, certain services may be weather-dependent, such as our mobile detailing or any outdoor work. To ensure the best quality of service, we have the following policy in place for inclement weather:

Inclement Weather Conditions

• If weather conditions such as rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or storms make it unsafe or impossible to perform the detailing service, we may need to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

• Weather-related cancellations will be made at no fault of the customer and will not incur any charges or penalties.

Rescheduling Due to Weather

• If your appointment is canceled due to bad weather, we will reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.

• You will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss available options and confirm the new appointment.

Communication

• We will monitor the weather forecast leading up to your appointment. If bad weather is predicted, we will reach out to discuss possible changes ahead of time.

• If weather conditions worsen unexpectedly on the day of service, we will notify you immediately to reschedule.

Customer Responsibility

• If you prefer not to reschedule due to weather, you are welcome to cancel your appointment, but standard cancellation policies will apply.
