Vehicle Condition Policy

Vehicle Condition Policy

At Carbonado Detailing, we aim to provide exceptional detailing services to every vehicle, regardless of its condition. To ensure we deliver the best results while maintaining transparency with our clients, we have outlined the following policy regarding vehicle condition.

Pre-Existing Damage

  • Carbonado Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, chips, or wear on upholstery, paint, or other materials.

  • If any damage is discovered during the detailing process that was not previously disclosed, we will make the customer aware before continuing the service.

Excessive Dirt or Debris

  • If a vehicle has an excessive amount of dirt, mud, or debris (e.g., in the upholstery, carpets, or exterior), we may assess whether additional time or services are required to clean it properly. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring more extensive cleaning due to heavy soiling.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems

  • We do not take responsibility for any damage to mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems of the vehicle (e.g., wiring, sensors, navigation systems, or airbags) that may be affected by the detailing process. Please ensure that any such systems are functioning properly before the service.

Special Materials or Finishes

  • If the vehicle has special finishes (e.g., matte paint, delicate fabrics, or high-end leather) or non-standard materials (e.g., custom upholstery or trim), customers must inform us in advance. We will use appropriate products and methods, but Carbonado Detailing is not responsible for any unintended effects or damages to these materials due to their inherent nature.

Inspection and Approval

  • Carbonado Detailing strongly encourages customers to inspect their vehicle after the detailing service to ensure satisfaction. Any concerns or issues should be reported to us before leaving the premises of the service to be addressed under our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

Refusal of Service

  • Carbonado Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe for detailing, excessively damaged, or in a condition that could potentially cause harm to the vehicle or our staff.
