Damage Liability Policy

At Carbonado Detailing, we take every precaution to ensure that your vehicle is handled with the utmost care and attention during our detailing process. However, to protect both our clients and our business, we have outlined the following damage liability policy:

Pre-Existing Damages

  • Carbonado Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damages or defects on the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint imperfections, worn upholstery, or issues related to the vehicle’s materials.

  • We recommend that clients inform us of any known pre-existing conditions or areas of concern before detailing begins.

During Detailing Process

  • Our team takes great care to ensure that your vehicle is properly protected during detailing. We use high-quality products and equipment to prevent any damage.

  • However, Carbonado Detailing is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions that become visible or more apparent due to the detailing process. For example, certain types of faded paint, stains, or material wear may become more noticeable after cleaning.

Claims for Damage

  • Any damage or issue that occurs during the detailing process must be reported before leaving the premises of completing the service.

  • All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every effort to resolve the situation promptly and fairly.

Limitations of Liability

  • Carbonado Detailing is not liable for any damage caused by the natural wear and tear of the vehicle, any existing flaws, or issues that could have been caused by environmental factors such as weather, accidents, or misuse.

  • We are also not responsible for damage related to vehicle parts that are not part of the detailing service, such as mechanical components or electronic systems.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their vehicle after the detailing service and notify us of any concerns before leaving the premises.

  • If the customer fails to notify us within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to deny any claims of damage.
